Families having members with disability are often faced with many difficulties, particularly those of patrimonial nature. The challenges encountered by such persons and their relatives may only be addressed by means of suitable legal structures and complementary legislative and regulatory regime.
The setting up of this Protected Disability Trust is one of the legal structures which could provide an adequate solution for such patrimonial issues.
